If you like big-brand slots, dramatic music and the idea of dragons breathing fire onto spinning reels, you’re in for a treat. Spring is coming!
Blueprint Gaming has announced a multi-title roadmap that will see the studio publish several officially licensed Game of Thrones games in 2026.
It’s a move that promises to marry Blueprint’s signature slot mechanics with one of television’s most influential franchises.
The deal also covers future titles inspired by House of the Dragon, meaning the world of Westeros is set to expand across many different slot experiences.

Blueprint’s public materials and industry coverage say the first title in the series will arrive early in the year — the debut is scheduled for March 2026.
It will be built on Blueprint’s “money-collecting” style mechanics, layered with a suite of base-game modifiers.
The free-spins round, the studio says, will take players “on a journey across Westeros” in search of big wins, and the new series will use iconic characters, moments and the beloved soundtrack from both Game of Thrones and House of the Dragon to create atmosphere.
In short: expect cinematic presentation, franchise music, house-themed moments and a mix of cash-collect mechanics + free spins that escalate the volatility — exactly the sort of design Blueprint has used on its most popular branded releases.
Blueprint’s announcement describes the opening game like this:
It is “built on Blueprint’s most popular money-collecting mechanic, with an array of base-game modifiers,” and its free spins will “take players on a journey across Westeros.”
That phrasing signals a hybrid design: base reels that can be supercharged by modifiers while a multiphase free-spin feature delivers the big visual and payout moments players chase.
Charlie Jacka, Head of Product at Blueprint Gaming, summed up the studio’s approach and its respect for the IP: “Game of Thrones is one of the most significant entertainment brands in the world, and working with an IP of this scale carries a clear responsibility. Our focus has been on creating a game that stays true to the depth and identity of the series, while delivering the engaging gameplay and mechanics operators expect from Blueprint.”
The Game of Thrones franchise has already triggered slot machines in several forms. Here are the most notable existing titles you can (or could previously) play.
Note that the first one has already made the list of most popular branded slot games in Europe & the US.
Those three anchors (Microgaming’s classic GOT slot, Zynga’s social portfolio, and Aristocrat’s land-based House of the Dragon machine) show there’s both audience appetite and commercial precedent for HBO’s fantasy francise in gambling contexts.
Blueprint’s new series plugs into that existing demand while promising modern, operator-friendly mechanics.
You already know this: Game of Thrones reshaped television. From record-breaking viewership and Emmy wins to a global cultural vocabulary, the series and its spin-offs have long legs in fan attention and merchandising.
That cultural weight translates into slot value in two ways. Recognition (players instantly connect to symbols and music) and narrative hooks.
The fact that Warner Bros. Discovery is licensing multiple titles shows one thing. They see long-term revenue and audience engagement potential for the IP across many gaming formats.
