Sure, there have been various cases of big wins, but we’ve seen many a streamer taking the L and not doing it with that much grace, either. What follows after is pure, unadulterated chaos. Here are our top 10 instances of gambling fails where streamers lost their cool.

1. PhantomL0rd

James Varga, better known as PhantomL0rd, is a professional streamer and eSports pro. There is an old video of the streamer where he loses a 100K jackpot while playing CS: GO shuffle. He then proceeds to go into a rage, breaking his headphones and iPhone.

2. xQc

Félix Lengyel, aka xQc, is among the biggest names in the Twitch community. The former Overwatch League (OWL) player often streams his gambling. While he has managed to land record-breaking, multi-million dollar wins in his career; he has also lost quite a large amount of capital.

During one of his regular live streams, xQc raked in up to over $800k while playing Pragmatic Play’s The Wild Machine slot. However, his celebrations were cut short when he refreshed the page, and the site crashed, leading him to lose all his winnings. Lengyel appeared visibly upset as he continued to curse himself out.

3. CasinoDaddy

CasinoDaddy is a trio of brothers who share a Twitch channel and specialize in high stake gambling on online slots. In a video that can be found on their official YouTube account, the oldest of the Joelsson brothers – Masse, is seen playing the Reactoonz slots.

He loses quite a lot of money during the session, resulting in him becoming frustrated and breaking his headphones beyond repair. He proceeded to storm out of the room while muttering something incoherently.

4. Xposed

Cody Burnett, better known as Xposed, is one of the leading casino streamers on Twitch. The Canadian gamer currently has over 500k followers on the streaming platform, where he typically plays slots and live casino games.

While playing on the popular cryptocurrency casino site Roobet during one of his gambling streams, he lost out on more than $7,000.

After he realized what had happened, he experienced a minor meltdown where he took his anger out on a nearby keyboard and smashed it to pieces while his viewers watched on hysterically.

5. Summit1g

Jaryd “Summit1g” Lazar is among the oldest and most legendary streamers on Twitch. The professional esports gamer, who has been streaming on the platform since 2012, has built one of the biggest communities on Twitch and sometimes likes to dabble in gambling.

While playing CSGO Diamonds, Summit1g rolled out various rounds and ended up losing all of his invested funds.

In a matter of what could not have been more than six minutes, he went from having over $100k to only $300 in his balance. The esports professional was so dejected and upset he ended up leaving during the live stream.

6. Sodapoppin

Thomas Chance Morris, better known online as Sodapoppin, is one of the most well-respected streamers and has a large following on Twitch and YouTube. During one of his streams a couple of years ago, Morris took to Twitch to try his luck out and play live dealer blackjack. He placed a maximum bet of $5,000 on his last hand.

Unfortunately, luck was not on his side, and he lost to the house. This caused Sodapoppin to throw off his headphones and go completely berserk. He started throwing around anything he could get his hands on, sprinting around the room, and even ran into a wall while cursing loudly.

7. Reckful

Byron Daniel Bernstein, also referred to as Reckful, was an Israeli-American Twitch streamer, professional esports player, and YouTube personality with a strong following from all over the world.

A clip posted a few years back shows Reckful playing The Slotfather slot, where he loses over $2000. As the severity of his loss sinks in, he starts regretting spending so much. What begins as Reckful hoping to hit a bonus ends with him ringing up the gambling helpline.

8. Xposed (2)

The above-mention instance wasn’t the only one where casino Twitch streamer Cody “Xposed” Burnett lost his cool after a gambling mishap. Recently, in the mid of 2022, the Canadian streamer decided to transfer his remaining fund of around $558k to the blackjack tables after a failed online slot bonus hunt.

After 40 minutes of high-stakes action, he grew his bankroll to roughly $850k before eventually losing it all. In a fit of rage, the streamer picked up his desk chair and hurled it at the camera.

9. Adin Ross

Adin Ross is a YouTube personality, social media star, and one of the most recognizable streamers on Twitch. The 22-year-old American gamer is mainly known for his NBA 2K series, GTA V, and gambling streams.

In a video that has now been viewed over 380k views, Adin can be seen streaming with his friends and betting at stakes.com. Not more than five minutes later, the 50k he staked went down the drain.

This resulted in him kicking out his friend as they continued to laugh hysterically and losing his cool on the chat.

10. Whiteboy7thstreet

Alexander Walker, or Whiteboy7thstreet, is a YouTube video game commentator, vlogger, and Twitch streamer with around 300k followers. An old video shows the media star playing live dealer roulette while looking unhinged and donning a shirt with blood stains all over it.

He placed 20 bets on the roulette table, only for the final outcome to miss every single one of them. This caused him to have a minor breakdown, where he started screaming manically and even went as far as chewing on his headphones.
