I would like to get a free paysafe cards but finding it quite hard to achieve the points needed for it.
Super disappointed with Platin Casino.
On the 18th January I won 220euro by playing on Platin. It took them 4 weeks to pay me out.
I could never speak directly to the finanace department and only with a customer service who was totally useless.
My withdraw requests were cancelled maybe about 50 times. Most of the times I did not even get an explanation and
when asking the customer service they told me “Please give us some time we are on it”. Im wondering who would ever want to play on an online casino where you can deposit within 10 seconds but have to wait 4 weeks to get your winnings.
Would rate it 2/10 just because the rest works quite nicely apart from their useless withdrawal process

Really need some advice on this one: Played with my brother on one oc account (i registered), he often made the deposits. he did this couple of times prior to this situation (we have the same surname, same bank), so we thought everything was just fine. this time though i guess they noticed it and we got banned immediately, any chance we can get my account back and the money thats still in the account?

recently my frickin bank account was suspended. guess i had to much traffic on there last couple of months and now theyre checking me for money laundering. absolutely baffled and shocked that they think that im some kind of criminal or something.. i had my account there since i was a child. wtf.
