my account was banned by the oc

Really need some advice on this one: Played with my brother on one oc account (i registered), he often made the deposits. he did this couple of times prior to this situation (we have the same surname, same bank), so we thought everything was just fine. this time though i guess they noticed it and we got banned immediately, any chance we can get my account back and the money thats still in the account?

easy – its a violation of the casinos t&cs, you wont see the money. You can try contacting customer service but its against the rules of the casinos, thats it.

im just in awe.. after so many years of ocs on the internet, its the first thing in the t&cs, i dont get it -.- it is absolutely not okay to deposit with different accounts, its always against the rules

in hindsight i can see that its was complete bs.. but like i said it was the first time they had a problem with it. also yes, i did not get my money back.. so yeah we are officially idiots.

Unfortunately this is not legal. You can only play with one user name and account. And make sure to deposit with same name you registered with

Funnily, usually people try to tell only part of the story to make themselves look better, but you just admitted that it was your own fault. tough luck, as this shouldn’t really have happened to you.
