Tricky question. I can say for sure that I prefer to talk to human support than to AI. It’s gonna be like working through an answering machine on the phone.

We’re probably pretty close to seeing the first completely AI controlled online casino.

Not sure if more people will go to casinos if they have to wear VR glasses.

AI chat support literally pisses me off and makes me close my account straight away.

Its already changing the gaming world as we know it. Customer service ran by AI bots nowadays. And they can really piss you off at times. Not gonna lie.

Sounds wild, but also kinda worrying. Are we entering a future where casinos “read our minds”? 🤔

AI in casinos? So the machines get smarter at taking our money? Great. 🙄
I already can’t win on most slots, now an algorithm’s gonna “personalize” my losses?

it’s not all bad. I’ve seen AI improve live-stream experiences — better camera angles, smoother chats, less lag.
GambleBoost even covered this (AI in live streaming).
It makes online play feel way more social!

Back in my day, a dealer was a person.
Now we’ve got bots dealing cards and reading emotions? No thanks.

To clarify: AI in casinos isn’t about “cheating.”
It’s used mostly for fraud detection, AML compliance, and responsible gaming monitoring.
Machine learning models can spot bot networks or fake KYC docs instantly.
