Tricky question. I can say for sure that I prefer to talk to human support than to AI. It’s gonna be like working through an answering machine on the phone.

Its already changing the gaming world as we know it. Customer service ran by AI bots nowadays. And they can really piss you off at times. Not gonna lie.
