Does anyone have any updates or ideas of what AI will be doing with online casinos in the future?
You know if any casinos are fully driven by AI yet? I know betandplay uses AI for their customer service completely.
So far it seems emotionless and tidious. But maybe the bots will get more intelligent in future?

I think most of the sites online will be fully automated by Ai in the future. We are in a generational shift. HOpefully it doesnt get out of hands!

From a moral point of view I think it should still be humans who run customer service but from an economical point of view maybe everyone will choose AI in the end. Regarding the rest of the functionality lets see. I know verifications is also run by software at some places nowadays.

All online casinos will most likely be run by AI for the future. As you had mentioned here, the customer service is already started to be cut off and exchanged with AI.

I think it will prevent alot of human errors but also annoy alot of customers who would like to communicate with actual humans

Potentially after a few years I think it can really improve the flow of casinos. Sometimes payouts and withdrawals can be such a pain in the butt

Its not really Artificial Intelligence, its a software fed with data. Its called Machine Learning. THey only repeat what we already know…
