Hi guys. have some trouble with withdrawal. Not quite sure whether it’s my bank account or the casino that takes so long. When do you usually contact the support?

I think five working days is the normal time to wait, so if there’s no $$$ on your account after a week, it’s time to tell support something’s wrong.

okay, thankfully everything went well in the end. Had some trouble with my bank account. Sum was too big and they had to contact me and ask where the moneys coming from etc. Certainly will never wait that long again thats for sure!

then dont withdraw that much next time if you know that they have issues with ocs at your bank… or simply change the bank 😀 easiest way to get your cash is certainly withdrawing via ewallets. its fast, no costs involved and no questions asked. i mean you did not steal the money, it is yours because you won it at an oc and thats the whole story.

yup, i was at a bank that asked me all the time where the moneys coming from when it reached a certain amount. All the explaining (most people still dont know how ocs work) was just exhausting. Made a few bucks back in the day thats why i had to have that kind of talk about 3 times before lol so I decided to cancel that account, opened a new one at another bank (this bank is only available online) and that was the solution to my problem. Hadnt had any phone calls since

Usually I contact support instantly. They do all in their world not to pay out sometimes.

Before you register on a casino always prepare a couple of things
1. Clear front and back picture of your ID card /Passport
2. Clear front and back picture of your Credit card that you deposit on the website
3. An utility bill or bank statement not older than three months.
If you meet these requirements you are usually good to go on most casinos as long as your country is supported there that is.

Different withdrawal methods have varying processing times. Bank transfers may take longer compared to e-wallets or credit card withdrawals.
