They’re not going to make it that easy. Casinos are hesitant to pay out money to new customers. Also, I think there’s alimit for how much you can take out from your winnings. Did you use bonus money? You might have to rewager before you can withdraw.

if it was a scam casino, i dont think it would be listed on this site lol. Still i dont get the big deal with providing them the necessary documents. i mean you started playing in ocs, i guess you were expecting some kind of hit sooner or later, this always leads to verification. Otherwise why should you be playing?

what i find quite concerning is the fact that you already send id etc. Did you check your documents? Was there something wrong with them? Maybe you should update your documents and it will be enough to pass verification.

true.. i would ask support for help, they need to give you some info on the verification status. sometimes the copies or photos are simply not readable or too old. That happened to me once.. i send them documents with my maiden name on it ha ha was furious with them until i took another look at the papers and realized that i am the idiot because the surnames were not identical on the documents lol xD

spot on 😀 i was an idiot and sent the wrong documents 😀 so i guess theres your answer. @superman78 to be honest i did not think much of it when i registered, i have never won at an oc befor so i figured i would just play couple rounds for fun, again i hadnt had luck in ocs for years. Sure i won something here and there but i usually did the verification, there were no problems and i simply took the money to continue playing..

I think they are legitimate. Its just the verification process that is a pain in the ass
